One to One Coaching

Coach Niamh will help you through your journey with in person coaching. From athletes that want to get back to competing after childbirth to mums taking up exercise for the first time, Niamh has experience in coaching all levels. Many women can be apprehensive to start a regime from scratch, on the advice of your GP you can start from 0 and help your body prepare for childbirth. The health and fitness coaching helps you to stay informed and on top of your body fitness through pregnancy or post pregnancy.
