For years Niamh has been driven to help athletes, new moms and everyone in between to offer help and advice on their health and wellness goals. BWell with Niamh is a coaching company that brings people together to elevate their performance and health. We are dedicated to improving your health and fitness with our advice and experience.

Our Founder

About Niamh Buffni

Niamh is a former international gold medal winning Taekwondo athlete who has achieved global competitive success. Niamh came from humble beginnings which has contributed to her success because she used early life experiences to build her successful skills and experience.

Niamh studies Sport science in university and went into bed one a strength specialist, working with many people from athletes to new mums. She married with one son and has another on the way. Niamh has taken pride in her own pregnancy fitness having had a very positive pregnancy and labor. With her second pregnancy currently she is actively running, weight lifting and so far going in the same direction.

I credit my positive attitude and knowhow to having helped over 40 mums through their pregnancy journey.

The mum to be be online training allowed me to exercise during my busy working schedule and to meet other pregnant women in the same position, I felt very supported. I did classes to full term online with Niamh and she tailored these classes for each step of the ongoing changes with my body. I have attended the mum to be online training sessions through two full term pregnancies. Although on my second pregnancy I had a bigger lack of energy in my first trimester, their was classes I could choose from to suit different energy levels I was experiencing. It was very reassuring to know that Niamh has also been through pregnancy and kept herself strong, with her skills and qualifications I felt I could really rely on her to know exactly what I needed. ANd we had fun along the way.

I have played basketball all my life however I had to give it up when I fell pregnant. When I joined the mum to be virtual classes and face to face training with NIamh I knew I was in safe hands. I wasn't sure about lifting weights especially on my first pregnancy but I was reassured as I was working with one of Ireland's top strength specialists. I was deadlifting and squatting all the way up to 38 weeks. But when I needed that “bump and me” time I was able to use the virtual classes to slow things down or to cover that cardio I so love.
